The Collision

The wreck occurred in January 2025 on Interstate 35W when a commercial truck towing a trailer lost control, triggering a chain-reaction wreck involving multiple vehicles.

According to the defendant driver, the truck unexpectedly jerked while braking, causing him to lose control. The truck struck another vehicle, forcing it across the median and into oncoming traffic. That vehicle then collided head-on with our client's vehicle.

The impact left our client with serious injuries that required extensive medical treatment and multiple surgeries.
