Our client was traveling in the middle lane of Trinity Mills, a lane designated for both through-traffic and right turns, when a vehicle from the far-right turn-only lane made a wide right turn, colliding into the passenger side of our client’s car. With only 7 minutes for closing argument, Ray delivered a concise, hard-hitting damages model and walked the jury through the instructions with clarity and purpose.

Defense asked for $45,000. The jury returned with $360,000 after six hours of deliberation.
