Paul Wright began his career in public accounting, where he quickly developed a passion for business tax, finance, and operations—interests that naturally led to a focus on business law and succession planning. In 2002, he founded and managed his own law firm for over 22 years, gaining extensive experience in legal practice management and the integration of technology in law.

His approach to law is rooted in solving complex legal issues and building lasting, client-centered relationships. He remains deeply committed to the profession and its impact on businesses and families.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys reading and collecting books, traveling, and spending time with his wife, three children, and two Australian Shepherds.
