Miguel Cazarez, an integral member of the Witherite Law Group, combines a deep passion for law with a strong commitment to community service. A Dallas native, he earned his B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas and a J.D., Cum Laude, from Texas Southern University. Miguel was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2018 and is a proud member of the Texas and Dallas Trial Lawyers Associations.

His diverse legal background includes working in an immigration firm, interning at the Frank Crowley Criminal Courts, and assisting in felony drug cases at the Criminal Law Clinic at Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Now specializing in Personal Injury law, particularly car wreck cases, Miguel is known for his dedication and expertise.

Outside the courtroom, Miguel enjoys family time, volunteering as a coach and judge for the Texas High School mock trial program, and celebrating his unique leap year birthday on February 29th.
