In the media

Born and raised in the Dallas area, Jason Allen graduated from Duncanville High School, where he first discovered his passion for advocacy and the legal profession. As a member of Duncanville Teen Court, he gained valuable early experience defending and prosecuting Class C cases involving fellow students, laying out the foundation for his future legal career.

After earning his bachelor's degree from Baylor University and his law degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, Jason returned to Texas to begin his legal career as a prosecutor in West Texas. His time in the courtroom provided him with extensive trial experience and sharpened his ability to analyze cases, advocate effectively, and seek justice on behalf of those he served.

Eventually, Jason made his way back to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where he found his true calling in personal injury law. Today, he is dedicated to helping injury victims and their families navigate some of the most difficult periods of their lives. Drawing on his experience as a former prosecutor, Jason combines aggressive advocacy with a client-focused approach, ensuring every client receives the attention, guidance, and representation they deserve. His mission is simple: to help clients obtain the compensation they need to move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

Outside of the office, Jason enjoys watching sports, especially football, traveling, and spending time with friends. He is also a proud dog owner and loves hanging out with his mini Goldendoodle, Mr. Neiman.
