Drew Bias

Drew Bias has dedicated his legal career to fighting for individuals who have been injured due to negligence, bringing a relentless work ethic and a deep sense of purpose to every case he handles. Inspired by a family legacy in the legal profession, his grandfather and great-grandfather once operated a law firm in West Virginia, Drew always knew he was meant to practice law and advocate for others.

Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Drew attended Baylor University in Waco, where he balanced his academic pursuits with the demands of competing as a member of the Baylor Baseball team throughout his undergraduate and graduate studies. He went on to earn his law degree from Texas Tech School of Law in Lubbock.

Drew has spent his entire professional career representing injured clients in complex civil litigation matters. His experience spans a wide range of cases, including trucking and auto accidents, automobile manufacturer product liability, medical device and pharmaceutical litigation, and environmental contamination claims. Over the years, Drew has successfully resolved thousands of cases and remains committed to holding negligent corporations and individuals accountable for the harm they cause.

Drew works tirelessly to help clients secure the justice and compensation they deserve. Outside the office, Drew spends most of his time with his family. He and his wife, Emily, are the proud parents of a daughter and son, and you can often find them at the zoo, aquarium, or local park. Drew also enjoys playing golf and coaching his kids’ sports teams, including T-ball.
