Amy Witherite Featured as D CEO’s Face of Injury Law
D CEO recognized Amy Witherite as the “Face of Injury Law,” highlighting the development of Witherite Law Group, Amy’s legal career and the firm’s commitment to serving clients and local communities.
Amy founded Witherite Law Group after beginning a career in personal injury law in 1993. The firm also operates through the 1-800-TruckWreck and 1-800-CarWreck brands, helping people injured in motor vehicle and commercial-truck crashes.
Witherite Law Group has expanded to serve clients through offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, Atlanta, Chicago and Philadelphia. The organization has also grown to include hundreds of legal professionals who support clients throughout the claims and recovery process.
The D CEO feature examines how Amy’s emphasis on service extends beyond the legal work of the firm. Witherite Law Group participates in community initiatives involving educational scholarships, family assistance, food distributions, school supplies and other resources for communities served by the organization.
These efforts reflect the firm’s core values: “People First, Unmatched Expertise and Integrity Always.” Team members participate in community programs throughout the year, including initiatives focused on students, families and neighborhoods experiencing limited access to essential resources.
The feature also recognizes Amy’s professional background and involvement in matters related to transportation and trucking safety. Amy is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has frequently addressed legal and public-safety issues involving the transportation industry.
Through the continued growth of Witherite Law Group and its community programs, Amy has worked to combine legal representation with a broader commitment to supporting the people and communities the firm serves.
