Victor Rodriguez - Personal Injury, Truck Wreck and Car Accident Lawyer in Fort Worth, Texas

Victor grew up in Houston, Texas, and attended Klein High School where he lettered in Wrestling and became Team Captain during his senior season. Inspired by his father, a prominent personal injury attorney, Victor knew at an early age that he wanted to enter the legal field to help protect and fight for individuals wronged by the negligence of others, especially large corporations.

In pursuing his career ambitions, Victor attended Stephen F. Austin State University where he met his wife, Stuti. In 2006, he graduated with a B.A. in Political Science with a Pre-Law focus. During college, Victor clerked for attorney Travis Clardy, who is now a State Representative (District 11). Victor later graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2009. In law school, Victor clerked for the Honorable Chief Justice Brian Quinn of the Seventh Court of Appeals in Amarillo, Texas.

Before joining Witherite Law Group in July 2015, Victor practiced personal injury law in Lubbock, Texas with a well-respected plaintiff’s personal injury firm. In 2014, Victor received the Bob Black Bar Leaders Award from the Texas Tech University School of Law Alumni Association.

Victor is licensed to practice law in Texas and New Mexico state courts. Victor is also licensed to practice law in all federal districts in Texas. He is admitted to the State Bars of Texas, New Mexico, and Missouri. His career took a big step in 2017 when he recieved an invitation to attend the three-week-long Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyoming where he trained with some of the nation’s most prestigious personal injury lawyers.

Victor is well-respected in the Dallas/Fort Worth legal community having tried over thirty (30) cases to verdict against some of the area’s most highly-regarded defense lawyers. Victor focuses his practice on death and complex catastrophic cases, including commercial truck wrecks. Victor has amassed a large track record of seven figure settlements for his worthy clients, and several of Victor’s trials have resulted in six-figure verdicts and excess verdicts which resulted in the insurance company paying well over the policy limits. Due to his success and professionalism, Victor was invited to become a member of the highly respected organization, the American Board of Trial Advocates, in 2021.

Victor is able to take on some of the firm’s most significant and difficult cases due to his strong trial skills, and flexibility in adapting in litigation and trial. Despite his success, Victor has never forgotten why he entered the legal field: to care for, protect, and fight for his clients.

In his spare time, Victor can be found spending time with his wife and twin daughters, traveling, watching sports, and attending local concerts.
