Before becoming a lawyer, Scott worked as a paralegal and law clerk in New York City, specializing in civil litigation and high-profile criminal defense. After earning his law degree in 2005, he moved to Atlanta where he practiced law in various areas, including business and commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and real estate. Since 2017, Scott has focused almost exclusively on personal injury law, handling catastrophic injury cases involving auto and truck wrecks, premises liability, and civil rights violations. He has successfully tried cases before judges and juries in state and federal courts across multiple states, securing tens of millions of dollars in recoveries for his clients. Notable verdicts include a nearly $11 million award in a real estate fraud case in Dade County, Georgia; $3 million for an international bank in Fulton County, Georgia; and nearly $200,000 for an auto wreck victim in the US District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. In his spare time, Scott enjoys spending time with his two teenage children, teaching them about classic movies from the 80s and 90s, running with his dog Joey, playing music, and working with the local Jewish community.
