For over 25 years, Scott E. Encher has concentrated on his practice in plaintiff’s personal injury trial work. Throughout his career, Scott has handled hundreds of personal injury and wrongful death cases in state and federal courts across Illinois involving trucking and motor vehicle litigation, construction negligence, aviation disasters, premises liability, product liability, and medical negligence.
Scott attended Marquette University and De Paul University. He received his law degree from The John Marshall Law School. He is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and has authored multiple articles for ITLA’s publications and seminars.
A native Chicagoan, Scott is a die-hard fan of the Chicago Cubs. When not on the golf course, Scott can be found officiating an Illinois High School Association (IHSA) basketball or soccer game. However, he most enjoys spending time with his three amazing kids.
