Sargun Singh is a trial attorney based in Chicago, Illinois, with a practice focused on personal injury litigation and complex negligence matters. He represents individuals who have suffered serious injuries in motor vehicle collisions, trucking accidents, rideshare cases, and other catastrophic injury claims. Sargun earned his undergraduate degree from Loyola University Chicago before attending UIC School of Law, where he was actively involved in the South Asian Law Students Association (SALSA). During law school, he developed a strong interest in litigation and advocacy, which ultimately led him to pursue a career in trial law.
Sargun began his legal career working in insurance defense, representing insurance companies and insured defendants in personal injury litigation. Through that experience, he gained firsthand insight into how insurance carriers evaluate claims, defend lawsuits, and attempt to minimize payouts. That background now gives him a strategic advantage in plaintiff-side litigation, allowing him to anticipate defense tactics and build stronger cases for his clients. Sargun is currently a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Sikh National Bar Association. Outside of the courtroom, he takes great pride in giving back to the community, spending time with family and friends, and traveling the world.
