As a pre-litigation attorney, Marissa Crollett works with clients from day one, ensuring they remain informed and supported at every stage of their case. She provides practical, client-focused legal guidance rooted in compassion and backed by more than nine years of experience advocating for individuals, including those hurt in auto accidents, slip and falls, and other injury matters.

Before moving to Illinois, Marissa worked at a boutique personal injury firm in New Mexico, where she handled a wide range of injury matters from initial intake through trial. Her background includes complex litigation, including a major products liability case involving catastrophic injuries, and the representation of clients in auto accidents, slip and falls, and high-damages and contested liability claims.

Her experience also includes appointments by the court to represent children in minor settlement proceedings and abuse and neglect matters, underscoring the trust she has earned within the legal community and her commitment to protecting vulnerable clients.

Having personally experienced the lasting effects of an automobile accident, Marissa brings a uniquely empathetic perspective to every case. She understands how profoundly a serious injury as a result of someone else’s negligence can impact a person’s life and works tirelessly to achieve efficient, meaningful resolutions that maximize recovery while easing the burden on her clients.

Marissa earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of New Mexico School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from American University in Washington, D.C., where she was a Division I student-athlete. She is licensed to practice in both Illinois and New Mexico.

Outside the office, Marissa enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and daughter, and playing soccer (when her knees will allow it).
