Joey Fleishman is an accomplished trial attorney with aproven track record of successful results in cases involving commercial motorvehicle collisions, automobile wrecks, wrongful death, and other complexpersonal injury litigation. He takes pride in taking cases the distance torecover maximum compensation for his clients. Prior to joining Witherite LawGroup, Joey was a Senior Trial Attorney at a longstanding Atlanta personalinjury firm where he tried cases to jury verdict as the 1st Chairand recovered millions of dollars for his clients.
Since graduating from the University of North CarolinaSchool of Law in 2017, Joey has dedicated his practice to zealouslyrepresenting clients who have suffered significant injuries due to thenegligence of others.
