Heath Williamson is a Georgia attorney whose career brings a rare and valuable perspective to personal injury law. A graduate of the University of West Georgia, where he earned his B.A. in 2004, Heath went on to receive his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in 2013. Before becoming an attorney, he built a strong foundation in the insurance industry, working as an underwriter for two Fortune 500 insurance companies—experience that would later shape his legal approach. After law school, Heath spent years defending insurance companies, including serving in-house in both the Atlanta and New York markets, and litigating cases at every level of the court system, from Magistrate Court to Federal Court. Today, Heath uses his insider knowledge of how insurers evaluate, defend, and resolve claims to advocate for injured individuals and pursue fair outcomes on their behalf. Admitted to practice throughout Georgia’s state and federal courts, as well as the Eleventh Circuit, Heath is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia and was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2022.
