Erika Oates is a native of Florence, Alabama. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Tuskegee University. Erika went on to attend Indiana University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor. Following graduation she relocated to Atlanta, Georgia to begin her legal career. Erika has practiced law for over 25 years and brings a rare and valuable perspective to her practice, having litigated extensively on both sides of the docket as a defense attorney and as an attorney advocating for her clients. This breadth of experience affords her a comprehensive understanding of litigation strategies, claims valuation, and case resolution from the perspective of both the insurance company and injured clients.
