Eddie Tarver has been driven to serve others through the law since an early age; inspired by his father, an Army officer who later became an attorney. That foundation instilled in him a deep commitment to service, discipline, advocacy, and standing up for those in need. After earning his law degree, Eddie began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Georgia’s largest judicial circuit, where he developed a strong courtroom presence while handling a high volume of cases. He later transitioned to insurance defense at a prominent Atlanta medical malpractice firm, giving him valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims.
Today, Eddie uses that experience to fight for injured individuals and their families. After transitioning to the plaintiff’s side, he has represented clients in a wide range of personal injury cases, including automobile and commercial trucking collisions, premises liability, and medical malpractice. His background on both sides of the courtroom allows him to anticipate defense strategies and advocate more effectively for his clients. Eddie chose to join Witherite Law Group to better serve his clients through a collaborative team environment with access to extensive resources that help level the playing field for the injured. He is proud to be part of a firm dedicated to helping people rebuild their lives after serious injuries and is committed to delivering results with compassion, integrity, and relentless advocacy. Outside of his legal practice, Eddie enjoys rooting for his local Atlanta sports teams and Georgia Bulldogs, working on his golf game, and enjoying time with his family, friends, and his dog, Kelee.
