David Sammons is a highly experienced personal injury trial attorney with more than 25 years of dedicated advocacy on behalf of injured clients. Throughout his career, he has served as lead counsel in a wide range of complex and high-stakes cases, including those involving commercial vehicle collisions, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, and medical malpractice. Known for his strategic approach and courtroom strength, David has built a reputation for relentlessly pursuing justice and securing meaningful results for individuals and families facing life-altering circumstances. His deep understanding of personal injury law, combined with decades of trial experience, equips him to handle even the most challenging cases with confidence and precision.

A proud Georgia native, David discovered his passion for the legal profession early on during his college years and has remained committed to serving his community ever since. Before beginning his legal career, he was a member of the Georgia Tech football team, an experience that continues to shape his competitive spirit and disciplined work ethic today. Outside of the courtroom, David remains an enthusiastic supporter of Georgia Tech athletics and can often be found cheering on the Yellow Jackets. He also enjoys fishing, staying active through workouts and running, and spending time with his family. David is the proud father of two daughters who attend the Lovett School in Atlanta, and he resides in Marietta, Georgia.
