Constance Parks

Raised in Augusta, Georgia, Constance Parks developed a passion for helping others at an early age. Coming from a military family, she was taught the values of discipline, service, and excellence, principles that continue to guide her both personally and professionally, today.

Constance began her legal career in 2014 as a Public Defender in the Augusta Judicial Circuit, representing indigent clients and ensuring their voices were heard during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. During her time as a public defender, she developed a reputation as a skilled advocate and compassionate counselor. After nearly three years in public defense, she transitioned to representing injured plaintiffs throughout the State of Georgia, where she continues to fight for individuals and families seeking justice after life-changing injuries.

Known for her commitment to client service and advocacy, Constance approaches every case with the belief that clients deserve honesty, respect, and dedicated representation. Her passion for helping others remains at the center of her practice and drives her pursuit of favorable outcomes for those she serves.

Her advocacy skills and dedication to the legal profession earned her recognition as a member of The Order of Barristers (2014) and selection to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 (2018).

Outside the office, Constance is an avid fantasy-romance reader and proud dog mom to her Old English Sheepdog, Pongo. She also enjoys attending the occasional WWE event with family, settling in for a Marvel movie marathon, and spending evenings at the Atlanta Symphony.
