Ahkibah Khan

Ahkibah Khan is a dedicated and compassionate attorney with more than 30 years of experience advocating for individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Known for her unwavering commitment to her clients, Ahkibah brings both skill and empathy to every case she handles. Originally born in North Carolina, Ahkibah later moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where she pursued her higher education. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Georgia State University in 1990 before continuing to the Georgia State University College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor in 1994.

Throughout her extensive legal career, Ahkibah has focused her practice on personal injury law, representing clients in a wide range of matters including trucking accidents, automobile collisions, slip-and-fall incidents, dog bite attacks, negligent security cases, and premises liability claims. She is deeply committed to guiding her clients through the legal process with clarity and compassion while aggressively pursuing the compensation they deserve. Outside of her legal work, Ahkibah enjoys traveling and immersing herself in new cultures. Her journeys have taken her to more than twenty Caribbean islands, six destinations across Mexico, four locations in Central America, and ten European destinations, including the Czech Republic. She also treasures time spent with her large family and her beloved grand-pup. A self-proclaimed “plant lady,” Ahkibah takes pride in cultivating a home and yard so lush that friends often describe it as a botanical garden. Passionate about both her profession and the people she serves, Ahkibah Khan remains steadfast in her mission to advocate for justice and help her clients rebuild their lives after injury.
