Witherite Law Group Supports Chicago Students Through Making a Difference Scholarships

Witherite Law Group and 1-800-TruckWreck partnered with the Chicago Urban League to award $2,500 scholarships to 15 graduating Chicago seniors through the Making a Difference Scholarship program.

The scholarships recognized students who demonstrated leadership in their schools and communities. Each award provided financial assistance as recipients prepared to continue their education and pursue long-term academic and career goals.

The 15 recipients planned to study a wide range of subjects, including computer science, business, biology, nursing and the arts. Students also planned to attend colleges and universities across the country, using their scholarship funding to help manage tuition and other education-related expenses.

The partnership with the Chicago Urban League helped connect the scholarship program with local students and families. By combining financial assistance with community-based outreach, the initiative celebrated student achievement while helping reduce some of the financial barriers associated with continued education.

The Making a Difference Scholarship reflects Witherite Law Group’s commitment to supporting students who demonstrate academic promise, leadership and a desire to contribute to their communities. The renewable and recurring nature of the firm’s scholarship efforts also allows the program to provide support beyond a single awards event.
